The “reference.to” is a personal reference library powered by 0s (“0-system”).

This is the first test launch and the project is in the early stages of development, and there are some “known issues” with the current version of this project.

This web site should work with the latest version of any browser, e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Internet Explorer, Safari. Versions of Internet Explorer prior to 9.0 do however have some issues with this site, most importantly, version 7.0-8.0 interprets the Javascript on this site “sluggishly”, and version 6.0 neither displays the CSS correctly nor supports the Javascript on this site.

The system has been updated (July 27, 2011) to version 1.2. Introduced new features and fixed miscellaneous bugs.

- Structural search has been implemented.

- Scroll position is remembered when moving between pages in “dynamic mode”.

- The “user setting” now allows the user to opt-in/opt-out regarding the use of certain cookies, e.g. those set by third parties, in order to enable compliance with any law that has transposed the European Union directive 2002/58/EC article 5.3, such as, the Swedish implementation in article 18, chapter 6, Electronic Communications Act (2003:389).
